Reservations & Motel Policies:

  Cancellation Policy:

 Your room is guaranteed by your credit card when you reserve and will be held on your scheduled date of arrival until 9:00 AM the following morning.  

 24  - 72  hour cancelation (depending on the lenght of the stay) prior to check in is required.

Cancellations at noon 24 -72 hours prior to date of arrival will be fully refunded.

 There will be no cancellations or changes to existing reservations after the agreed cancellation period.

!!! Reservations booked by an online agent can be changed or cancelled only the same way they were originally done.

 Non-Smoking: We are a non-smoking establishment, however, we do provide smoking areas on our grounds or on your deck.

  Pets: We welcome small breeds (under 20 lbs) in designated pet friendly rooms only. Please advise our staff that you will be travelling with your pet, as we have limited pet rooms available. We encourage you to bring bedding or a kennel for your pet to sleep in. A fee of $10.00, per night will be charged. Pets are not to be left behind in rooms, unattended.
